Return & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their orders through the website or by contacting our Customer Care team with their order number.
If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and refund any payments made as store credits for future purchases. If we suspect any fraudulent transactions or violations of our terms & conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our sole discretion.
We maintain a negative list of fraudulent transactions and customers and may restrict their access or cancel their orders.
Chakarmai shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of purchased goods due to circumstances beyond our control, such as vendor issues, natural disasters, political unrest, or logistical challenges.
2. Returns & Refund Policy
A. Orders placed and processed through chakarmai.com can be canceled within 12 hours.
B. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 days. In case of delays, we will coordinate with our logistics partners and provide updates.
C. If the delivered items are damaged, pressed, squeezed, or crushed, customers can contact us via email at info@chakarmani.in or reach out on social media. Required proof (image/video) must be provided for a refund or replacement.
D. Once a refund is agreed upon, we will process it using the original payment method. Refunds will be completed within 15 working days from the date of agreement.
E. Due to extreme heat or courier delays, a minor percentage of products may experience natural degradation.
F. If the number of degraded items exceeds the acceptable limit, we will issue a refund for the affected products.
3. Shipping Policy
A. We ship across India using registered domestic courier services or speed post. Orders are usually shipped the same or next day but may take up to 7 working days depending on processing volumes and external factors.
B. We charge a nominal flat shipping fee, which is mentioned on the product page or explicitly communicated by our customer care team before shipping.
C. Packing charges are included, and customers do not need to pay any additional amount for packaging.
D. If products are damaged in transit, we take full responsibility and follow our refund and replacement policy as outlined above.
